Tasmanian devil can spin and stuff but batman could just blow him up right?

I believe Batman would win, if only because the Tasmanian Devil is such an incredibly stupid animal. Even Bugs Bunny could beat him. Batman would probably use his Batarang to hook onto the Devil, so when he spun around, the Devil would get tied up. Either that or Batman would dress up like a female Tasmanian Devil and pretend to kiss him, then clamp a bear trap onto his mouth.
Batman would throw a razor bat with a grappling hook attached, the Tasmanian Devil would spin around to try and deflect it and end up getting tied up in it. i think it will be batman as well because he is smart and can think of a strategy of some kind and the Tasmania devil is just ana animal who knows only to spin!
