I saw it from a Justice League Unlimited clip of someone made, but I do remember batman Beyond made an episode similar to that showing how he became the son of Bruce because how the people "scientist" want to produce a whole new generation of Batman by taking a blood sample of Bruce.

It wasnt in Batman Beyond. it was the final episode of JLU called Epilogue. It took place in years after the events of batman beyond, when Terry was fully grown.
