How would Batman stop Brainiac if they were to fight?

We all know that Batman is always 10 steps ahead of his opponents. But, can he outthinking a mastermind like, Brainiac? I know that Brainiac is one of Superman's archenemies, but i would really like to see how Batman would defeat him/it. Superman may have all the powers, but let's face it he's not a fast thinker. One of the reasons most people likes Batman is because of his high Genius-Level Intellect.How would Batman stop Brainiac if they were to fight?
I can think of a couple times he's encountered him:



- In the Brainiac mini-comic that came with the Super Powers action figure (find the .CBR scan at Kaskus US comics)



- In Superman/Batman issues #34-36How would Batman stop Brainiac if they were to fight?
Picturing it in my head I would have to say, he would use some sort of batwave enhanced computer virus, which would most likely not destroy him but distract while Batman could call for backup and kick his robotic *** at the same time.

How would Batman stop Brainiac if they were to fight?
Considering that Brainiac is basically a computer program,Batman would probably beat Brainiac by giving him a computer virus!
Batman would just stand under him and say, "I am vengence, I am the night, I am...BATMAN!"



This usually results in lightning bolts appearing out of the sky to strike nearby him.
