Hawkman done over as a costumed crimefighter in the style of Batman - he fights crime an evil on Earth and has Batman-style weapons, and conveyances- various kinds of Hawk-themed weapons on his person, the Hawkcycle, the Hawkmobile, etc.

I actually had an idea many years back where Bruce Wayne was killed along with his parents and he becomes the next Spectre(Batman was essentially born in vengeance,so I figured why not seeing that Spectre is the Spirit Of Vengeance)and the story culminates with the formation of the JSA!
